EIGHT UNIQUE RANCHES

At Vogel Hill, 430 acres have been divided into eight unique ranches that make up this intimate and private community of custom living experiences. Protected lands mean permanent panoramic views and over 160 species of mammals, fish, and game residing among the forests, trees, grasslands, and creeks.

A GRAND VISION

Vogel Hill is a chance to be a part of a community that values solitude, nature, and environmental stewardship. The last great wild landscape in the lower 48 states. An original wild place that will forever be preserved and protected.

A RICH HISTORY

In 1898, Mrs. James A Vogel, a pioneer, headed over the pass in a wagon train, when the road over was nothing more than just a trail. The Vogel family watched their wilderness frontier turn into the present, thriving community that Vogel Hill calls home.
